All panels are cut accurately and packed securely, should you find a problem please contact us immediately.
By proceeding to Checkout, I confirm I have checked my order and dimensions and quantities are correct. I also confirm, if a delivery address is stated, this is correct.

Tolerances, Guarantees & Returns
Wentwood Cut to Size operates within a tolerance of 1mm and each cut and panel is measured twice. We do not offer returns however, if your panel falls outside these realms or is found to be off-squared, we will replace for you at no extra cost. If you have made a mistake we are afraid you will need to purchase a replacement panel.
As we supply a raw material, we cannot offer any warranty once panels have been delivered and undergone any further machining/manufacture work or been altered or added too in any way, by the client or any other person or company.
Price & Payments
Price for goods you order is set at time and date you place your order online. We require full payment to be received before we can accept and confirm your order and a delivery date.
Full payments of goods and delivery must be received before goods are dispatched. We will require a signature on delivery to confirm you have received in good condition. Any defects should be noted on delivery. Driver will deliver goods to ground floor level only.
Your order will leave the us in perfect condition. All of our products are fully insured during transit but must be checked at the time of delivery and any flaws reported immediately so claims for damage in transit can be made.
All items must be checked before they are signed for. The signatory will be responsible for checking the packages whether they are the original client, customer of a client, neighbour or a designated signatory on behalf of the original client. If you choose to accept the delivery unseen, and sign, then the goods shall be deemed to be satisfactory. Deliveries signed for but un-checked, will be regarded as accepted in good condition and will be non-returnable. If the packaging is damaged or you are unsure, please sign for as damaged. In the event of damages, please provided photographs of packaging prior to opening and the damaged contents once inspected.
Order cancellations & Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of the product, we do not accept order cancellations or returns.
- We would ask all orders to be checked thoroughly on delivery. Any defects or panels not as per your order should be stated and signed for on delivery. We will replace any such items and re-deliver at no extra cost.
- Should you find your order has not been delivered complete you should notify us within 3 days.
- Once goods have been signed for we cannot take responsibility for any damage to panels.

Any and all personal data provided during order and checkout will be used only for the purposes of your order and/or delivery by Wentwood only. No information will be given or sold to 3rd parties.
